Sons of Nedungadappallil Koipurathu Pothen:
- Kuttickal Rev. M P Oommen – After matriculation, passed Bible School studies, became a Presbyter of the CMS church (See Ch.3-29 P. 73). First married Aleyamma of Aryattuparambil family of Pallom in which they had two sons and one daughter. Second he married Aleyamma from Eruthickal family of Kottayam in which they had four sons.
- Nedungadappallil M P Thommen – He married Kandamma from Thalavady. They died without any offspring.
- M P Philip – After completing matriculation, he worked as an Insurance Agent and settled in Kollam. He married Chechamma of Aryattuparambil in which they had one daughter. After the death of his first wife, he re-married and in the second marriage he had three sons and six daughters.
- Er. M P Mani B.E., (See Ch.4-27, P.91) – He was the first Patron of the Modayil Kudumbayogam. He married Annamma of Vazhiyambalathu family in Mavelikkara. She was God- fearing, generous and sympathetic to the poor. She passed away in 1948. They had five sons and three daughters.
- Peshkar M P Joseph B.A., B.L., of Muthiramala. He was called by the pet name “Kochappy”. He was the first to secure B.L. degree in our family and started practice of Law. The government of Travancore appointed him as a Munsiff and he started climbing his official career as a District Judge Peshkar (District Collector) and retired from service as Excise Commissioner. He was universally respected as an impartial, efficient and upright officer. His favourite hobby was hunting. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to the needy and deserving. He also excelled in agriculture and plantation business and was very rich. He married Rachel of Moolamannil family in Mepral. They had one son and five daughters.
- Dr. M P Chacko, L.M.S. (26-10-1885 to 30-07-1958)- He was the first member of our family who secured a medical degree. First he started service under the Ceylon (Srilanka) government, thereafter he joined Travancore Government Medical Service and retired as Deputy Surgeon. He was deeply religious, loyal to church and generous. He married Kunjamma (a Matriculate) daughter of Overseer, Chowkaparambil Varghese. She was also God-fearing, generous and of charitable disposition. Church records testify to the generous donations contributed by her to various institutions of the church. She did honorary service for the Alleppey Mission of the church. She died in 1973 at the old age of 81. They had settled down permanently in Thodupupuzha and were buried in Onnaramala CSI cemetery. They had four sons and three daughters.
Daughter of Nedungadappallil Kiopurathu Pothen:
- The only daughter Mariamma was married into the Muthuthottathu Pulikallumpurathu family in Kottankudy.
Sons of Adavimannam Koipurathu Ouseph:
- Puthenpurackal Oommen (1864-1958) – He was a good hunter. He married Mariamma of Verungal family in Tiruvalla. They had two sons and seven daughters.
- Panayampala Karottu Ittiyavirah (1879- 1933) – He was a church worker in the CMS church. He married Annamma of Variathu family in Ayroor. They had four sons and one daughter.
- Adavimannam A J Chacko (1879- 1961) – After passing Matriculation, he entered Travancore government service. He was a honest officer and retired as Head Clerk of the Munsiff’s Court. He married Annamma of Pandanapadavil family in Valanjavattom. They had three sons and three daughters.
- Panayampala A J Joseph (Kutty) – Due to ill-health early in life, he was staying in Kadappa. There he joined to Russel Mission and married Mariamma from Kadappa. On behalf of the Russel Mission, he toured America and on his return to India he became one of the active worker and Chief Representative of the Mission. Thereafter he settled permanently in Panayampala. They had one son (died early in childhood) and four daughters.
- Thodupuzha Modayil M J Eapen – He was an employee of the Malankara Estate. He purchased land in Sankarappally and permenantly settled down there. After retirement from the estate service, he started a prosperous business in Thodupuzha. He was good hunter and died in 1960. He married Rahelamma, D/o. Karakkal Kunnuthara Cheriyachen. They had two sons.
Daughters of Adavimannam Koipurathu Ouseph:
- Mariamma was married to Chandy of Thombil family in Elanthoor.
- Achamma was married to Varkey of Thottunkal family in Varikkatt.
Sons of Koipurathu Chacko:
- Adavimannathu K C Oommen (See Ch.6, Para.11, P.112). He married Annamma of Thykadavil family in Valanjavattom. They had one son and one daughter. After the death of Annamma, he re-married and had one son and one daughter.
- Kuttickal M C Philip, B.A., B.L., (Kochupappy). He retired as Police Inspector and settled in Kuttickal in Karukachal. He married Saramma , D/o. Kunjamba Vakil of Kaithayil family in Kottayam. They had two sons.
Daughters of Koipurathu Chacko:
- Kuttiyamma was married to Ranger Thomas of Kadanchirayil Thuruthel family in Kottayam.
- Mariamma was married to John Eapen Vakil of Pannikuzhiyil family.
- Chachiamma was married to John George of Pannikuzhiyil family. Their son Baby was staying in Nedungadappally.
Son of Koipurathu Manjathanathu Oommen:
- Neith Office Oommen (1873-1961) – He was a fervent and sincere Gospel worker. For some time he worked as travelling secretary of Marthoma Suvisesha Sangham. Thereafter he worked as Asan (teacher) in CMS and gospel worker (Upadeshi) among the backward Christians. He donated land for a cemetery in Ponnirikumpara for the backward Christians. He married Annamma (1875-1967), D/o. Eapachen of Kanjirappally. They had two sons and five daughters.
Sons of Koipurathu Meenadathu Varghese:
- Karukachal Payyampallil Oommen – He was deeply interested in our Kudumbacharithram. He married Meenadathu Puthenpurackal Mariamma. They had two sons and four daughters.
- Muthiramala Mani (1884-1954) – He married Kunjaandamma, D/o. Kurien, Kulambukattu family in Eravinalloor.
- Meenadathu Varghese – He married Mariamma of Pavalamuriyil family in Mallappally.He was working in the Excise Dept. They had two sons and two daughters. He died in 1973.
- Vettikavumkal Philipose – He retired from the Excise Dept. He married Sosamma, D/o. Chackochan of Pallathu Puthenpurackal family in Mavelikkara. They had one son and four daughters. He died in 1965.
- Muthiramala M V John – He retired from the Excise Dept. and settled down in Muthiramala. He married Aleyamma from Kuryalanickal family in Kangazha. They had one son and one daughter. After the death of Aleyamma, he re-married Kunjoonjamma of Thekkekara family in Panayampala. They had one son and one daughter.
Daughters of Koipurathu Meenadathu Varghese:
- Mariamma was married to Pappy of Attuparambil family in Vakathanam.
- Achamma was married to Thomas of Mallakkattu family in Meenadom.
- Rebeca was married to Koruthu of Thundiyil family in Anicadu.
- Annamma was married to Kunjoonju of Valayil family in Amayannoor.
